Our pasta class, a school experience dedicated to curious students who want to learn about pasta!
Three, two, one… hands on the dough!
During the experience, Cantina Cerquetta will welcome students with a 45-minute walk to learn the history of the Castelli Romani, the winery and the winemaking process.
After that, our Chef will guide the group step by step in the creation of the handmade fettuccine. The students will start from making the dough and then taste their creations in combination with two glasses of local wine.
To finish on a sweet note, we will move on tasting a sweet wine paired with some dry pastries.
